Tracking says delivered, but your package isn’t there? We’ve got you, Legend!

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 2 business days after the delivery scan, as packages often show up within that timeframe.

While you wait, we also recommend checking:

• Around your front door, garage, mailbox, or other delivery areas
• With anyone else in your household
• With neighbors or your building’s front desk or mailroom
• Your tracking details for any delivery notes or photos

If it’s been more than 2 business days and your package still hasn’t arrived, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Once their investigation is complete, reach out to our Customer Support Team with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Email address used on the order
• Carrier claim number
• Your current shipping address

Once we have that information, our team can review everything and help with next steps.
