Loyalty points under “Tier Points Earned” are points that go towards your loyalty tier/status. Status Points are the points that on the 1st of January every calendar year - this means that you need to earn enough status points within January to December in order to reach Bronze, Silver, or Gold Status. However, the “Tier Points Earned” balance that resets every calendar year is not the same as the "Point Balance” section on your account. Your point balance is the total amount of loyalty points that you have to use/redeem for items on our website! Also, please note that your loyalty point balance is not affected by the yearly reset of status points each calendar year, as it is completely separate, and your total points also do not expire!
