Our products can be returned within 15 days from the date your order was delivered.

For an item to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was delivered within the past 15 days
• The product is unopened and in its original packaging
• Any apparel items are unworn, unwashed, have the tag(s) attached, and are in new condition
• You have the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from ghostlifestyle.com
• The product was not purchased through a third-party retailer, as we are unable to accept returns for orders placed outside of our direct website
• The product is not a sample packet, as samples are final sale
